Many parking options (rare in Geneva…): yearly pass for (very easy) parking in our street/area (200 CHF/year), or possibility to rent a private parking spot (indoors or outdoors) in the building (about 100CHF/month – I think).

Rent: 1190 CHF/month (heating and water included) per month + service charges (fixed: 110 CHF).

Please note that the other flatmate currently living there (a very nice young Spanish lawyer - and friend of mine now… !) is leaving at the end of June. This means you and I will choose a new flatmate together for July onwards).
