Description: Hey there, we are Lucija (F30 from Croatia) and Susan (F28 from the Netherlands). We are looking for another roommate, since our current roommate (who lived here for 8 years) has made the big step of buying their own flat.

We both work and lead pretty busy lives with sports and travelling, but are happy to share a meal, silly chat or movie night together. We respect privacy when needed and like to keep our common areas clean for everyone to enjoy this space. We speak English together, but also speak German, Spanish, Dutch and Croatian so maybe we can talk in your native language :)

The room is cca. 14 m2 and comes unfurnished (but our roommate is selling some of their furniture, in case you are interested). The room faces the inside of the shared building garden, so it's super quiet. It is available unlimited from 1st March and costs 830 CHF (incl. Nebenkosten). Additional costs are cca. 25 CHF for internet and electricity.

The apartment (1st floor) is very large, bright and modern. We have our own washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There are two balconies and two bathrooms. It is located at Voltaplatz with the number 1 and 11 trams station right next to the building. The Novartis campus and a Coop are within 5 minutes' walk.
