Description: Hi everyone,

A room will be free from mid/late september in a flatshare. The room is in a 3 room flat, with two balconies, a big kitchen, comfortable living room, and a bathroom. My room is aprox. 16 m2, and well illuminated. Coop at 2 min walking, train station at 10 min walking, city center 15 min walking and university at 5 min walking. The lake is just at 2 min walking, so grilling and swimming during the summer could not be easier :D

I am the current responsible of the flat contract, so the person coming should be willing to share the contract with my current flatmate (Hongliang). Hongliang is currently a postdoctoral assistant at the Economy department from the University of Neuchatel. The flat share is rather easy going, and we share every now and then some time to eat and watch a film / have some drinks. The monthly rent is 697.50 CHF per person, plus electricity and internet (around 50-60 more per month).
